🔹 For License Key Products: If you purchase by mistake, email us immediately.
🔹 Once the license key is sent, no refunds can be issued as it is a digital product.

Refund Request Process:

• Refund requests must be made before the license key is sent.
• Email info@dealmega.com with the subject: “Refund Request for Order ID (e.g. #1001)”.
• We will review your request within 3 to 7 business days.
